Well this has been super hard for me. I do good and then snack on something I shouldn't which ruins me. grrr. well I plan to start again this Monday. I'll try and keep you posted although I have a new calling and and some other things too that won't allow me to post every day. But I will try to be better, since I think keeping a journal helped a lot and helps me be accountable.

Day 34
Cherry pomegranate shake

Vanilla Shake
2 handfuls of jelly beans and 2 peeps:((

Asparagus and eggs
So today was super hard. I am mad because I just didn't have any will power today. I know my body hates it that I did that. I have had a headache today and just am really a little depressed in thinking there is no way i'll reach my goal, by the end of the month now. this is so hard.
I will do my best tomorrow and try to take this one day at a time.

Day 30-32
So with this being Easter weekend.... well I was very busy and didn't get to post. Also what I ate consisted mostly of shakes and bars and puffs or pretzels. Actually Sunday, actual Easter day, I "took the day off". I was told it is okay to do this every now and then.
There was just so many treats and lots of yummy food, and I knew that this was a day to take, especially since family and friends were gathered. It was a most enjoyable weekend though. Our church had its annual general conference and it was so relaxing and wonderful to feel of their love and listen to their wonderful uplifting messages. It gives me hope!!
Anyway today I had

I went in to Boise today, so a lot of my meals were the on the go ones. But so glad for them as I can grab a bar, eat it chase it down with some water and be done!
