Day 12

Hot cocoa
Vanilla Shake
Soup
Chili cheese puffs
Asparagus/ Zucchini steamed with fresh garlic/lemon/salt/pepper and 6oz turkey breast
Banana Shake

I like the banana shakes because they curb my sweet tooth. I kept wanting to eat a treat of some kind, so I thought... "this calls for a banana shake" very yummy and did curb that craving!! two more full days until it has been 2 weeks on the program. I am amazed how quick it has gone. I am excited to weigh and find out how I did this week. Stay tuned ;)
