Day 4

8:00 Breakfast... Vanilla Appetite suppression shake
10:00 am Oatmeal Raisin Bar
24 oz water
12:00 Cinnamon Pretzels
Momentum infuser
24 oz water
2:30 pm Chicken and Rice soup
4:30 Yummo Chicken Salad with cucumbers,tomato,celery
6:30 pm Bananna Creme Shake ...mmmm
24 oz water


Today my 2 yr old was sick with a fever and cough. I stayed home from church to care for her. I wondered if that's why I didn't feel as bad myself, because I was busy with her and not paying attention, but it did seem even better today.
I know this is TMI, but remember this is my journal and I am making notes so I'll remember how I feel. So Anyway I was VERY gasious and haven't had a BM since yesterday morning.
Still the scale shows I am 5 lbs down. Like I said the true test will be at my week mark on Thursday, but I must say I love what I see!!

I feel also by logging what I eat and what I am doing my coaches will be able to help me tweak things, if i am plateauing. Or make sure I am eating right!!

Anyway, Here's to tomorrow where I get my Supposed Boost of energy!!
