I debated about whether to start today or tomorrow, because tonight we are going to Jon's to celebrate his mom's birthday. I am making my famous chocolate chip cheesecake for her and... ooh I could have some and then start tomorrow.
I decided to start today. I always have some kind of excuse and there will always be extremely fattening delicious food that I want to eat, but if I give in... I will never be in control. I am stronger than that. So I made the cheesecake and a couple other desserts this morning, and boy did I ever want to lick the spoon. But I didn't.
Today has gone well. the food tastes good, but there is not much of it. My tummy has been rumbling a lot, but I have been drinking my water *yay* and that has helped. also knowing that in a couple hours I "get to" eat again, helps too.
So for breakfast I had a Strawberry Shake 7:30 am
then Oatmeal Raisin Crunch bar 9:30
Vegetable beef stew 11:30 (don't love that)
Raisin crunch bar 1:30
drank a momentum infuser after that, because I still felt hungry and actually started feeling a bit nauseous. that helped and was delicious I might add.
at 4:30 I will have an appetite suppression shake
and
at 6:30 I will have a green salad with cucumbers tomatoes and 6 OZ of boiled chicken. and of course much more water.
So I actually swapped and ended up eating my lean and green at 4:30 before we went to Jon's and then I did not have any dessert... so wanted to, and was so hungry. After I came home and got my kids to bed I had my last meal... a shake. then I stayed up and read until 10:15. Didn't sleep very well, But I am expecting not to feel good for a few days. They say your body is getting rid of toxins and adjusting to the lower calorie intake.
Sidenote: It wasn't as bad to cook something extra for my husband. I was already cooking chicken to go with my salad, so I just boiled some alfredo noodles and threw some alfredo sauce and his portion of chicken in a bowl. Wha-la...2 different meals, but with the same base... Chicken.
Pictures will come soon :)
Hoorah for me!!

You can do it! Days 2 through 3 and possibly 4 can totally suck...but stick with it and on Day 5 you will be FLYING! I love the energy and when you start seeing the results on the scale, too, that will help :) Can't wait to sit on beach somewhere with you, not worried about how fat I look in my swimsuit. :) LOL!
