Day 21

Oatmeal Raisin Bar
Chicken noodle soup
cinnamon pretzels
Cinnamon soy snack
Banana shake
Salad with Chicken
vanilla pudding
Baby dill Pickles
2 handfuls of animal crackers

I know I am a wimp. I totally gave in to a sweet tooth craving, But I figure If I had some, It would help. I feel like I have been going a little crazy for sweets. At least it wasn't 2 handfuls of chocolate chips!!! I just hope It doesn't screw me up completely. Also tomorrow is the beginning of my fourth week So I figure I'll try to get new motivation and determination. I can't believe it's been 3 weeks. So I will post here in Red in the morning how much I am down. Cross your fingers!!

Down 1 :(

I was hoping for more, but I have the curse of doing something for 2 weeks and the 3rd week my body regulates and doesn't want to let go. This week I also know I ate more "extra" snacks. So I think If I want to stay losing a lot I need to just stick to the plan. I am going to also get some new batteries for my food scale, so that I know exactly how much Meat I am eating according to oz... so I can be exact on the plan. Who cares if I am hungry... I am going to lose my goal by the end of my second month for sure!!!!!

Also B told me I need to start lifting a little and doing some exercise, which I haven't really done on a regular basis. I need to make time and incorporate that into my schedule. That will help too I'm sure.
Overall though 11 lbs in 3 weeks... pretty good. better than I was doing on my own for sure!!!

  1. Are you doing any exercise yet? It would be good if you could start to do some light weight lifing whether at home or at a gym of some sort. Just something to start toning.
    We are excited to hear about tomorrow's results.
