Day 6- Interesting one

So I had a vanilla appetite suppression shake at 7:30
24 oz water
Lemon meringue bar 9:30
water
Orange Creme shake (this was tasty) 11:30
water
Chicken Rice soup 2:00
Turkey 5:20
Honey mustard pretzels 7:30

So today was a very interesting day. It was like my brain was not working. After I had my first meal this morning, Of course I made breakfast for the kids, which happened to be french toast. So they all finished eating, I do my morning check of the e-mail, make some phone calls, but then mindlessly... put a piece of french toast in my mouth. Covered in powdered sugar, I didn't chew or swallow, I simply spat it out. And went..."woah I almost ate that!" But you see the former me can't believe my kids are so wasteful, so I would go ahead and eat most of, if not all of their "leftovers". Well I am here to tell you that as soon as my kids are done eating, from now on, I will immediately throw away their leftovers, Unless of course dad is home and wants them. That was just WAY TOO CLOSE!! Don't want to ruin the good thing I've got going.

So then I decided to make my life a little easier, I would cook this turkey I've had in my freezer and portion out the white meat and freeze it for ready use. So I did that. Went well. Was a hit for dinner. Of course husband gets the dark meat, he'll burn that off in about an hour.

While it was in the oven and kids are napping, I had again another mindless moment. I am starting to spring clean and go through closets and just organize some. Well I was folding some clothes to put back in my closet and a little peppermint star-kist mint fell out of a pair of pants onto the floor. OF course candy is good forever. Don't tell me you've never eaten old candy before. Well I did. I ate that whole mint. agrhgahhhhhhh!!!
I didn't know I did until the flavor was sort of resonating in my mouth and I went aaaaahhh!
I just ate a mint!!!
Well I hope it doesn't ruin me. also My dinner. I made that delightful turkey??? Well I ate the turkey first and was going to have salad with it. But then I was too full. I ate my 6 oz of turkey and was too full to eat any salad. WHAT??? weird. SO I didn't eat any greens tonight, just the lean.

Well I hope I can turn the juices on in my brain and that I will be more on the plan tomorrow!!!!
