We were out and about today. I went to my parents where all of my bad eating habits began. They fixed everyone lunch, but it's always SOOO much. I was never raised with the correct portion sizes, and if you don't eat every drop of food your wasting it. There is sugar cereal and candy and juice and chips everywhere. My kids LOVE Grandma's house. I hope to be able to help them someday. All my family. Everyone is very obese, except 2 members of my 9 member family. myself included. Myself and another sister are overweight, not obese, but there is definitely a pattern of emotional food addicts in my family.

Today was a lot better. Still felt somewhat weak, but very manageable, and starting to feel very satisfied. I was down 3 lbs today, but I will wait until it has been a week and weigh at the same time of day to be completely accurate.
