Day 14

Lemon bar
Orange shake
Smore'sbar
Chicken and Rice soup
Ranch Soy crisps snack
Banana shake
asparagus/turkey

So I have been craving candy and sweets all day!! I haven't given in though. I did eat a handful of goldfish crackers. oops. Hope that won't make a huge dent. It has been a pretty rough day.
I have gotta do this though!!
Tomorrow morning I weigh and will post this week's loss in Red.


Down 3 lbs
This wasn't exactly a 7 or a 5, but certainly 3 lbs is great. I'll take it. total 10 lbs

  1. 10 lbs in 2 weeks!!!! Think about that. You are eating healthy and doing great and you are already down 10 lbs. Keep it up. You are doing so well. Get some other people doing it with you and you can have a "support" system that is right along with you. Your goal is now 10 lbs closer to being reached. :)
