Today went a little better. I ate a couple of snacks today. Didn't feel AS hungry. I had a crazy day though and I am exhausted. I hope I sleep deeply tonight.

Did you miss typing one meal???? or did you do 4 and 1? I am only counting 4 meals and a lean and green. That will make you hungry and not keep your blood sugar level. I hope you just missed typing one. :)
