Day 11

Orange Shake
Cinnamon Roll Bar
Parmesan Puffs.... these definitely taste like salad croutons
Chicken and rice soup
Zucchini, peppers, chicken topped with a little salsa
Lemon Meringue bar

Today was a good day. First of all It was Sunday. Of course, I wasn't able to go to church today because my baby girls are still a little sick. But the sun was shining and it was a gorgeous day. Also, Our friend Jon got baptized and that was so awesome. He is an Amazing guy and what a blessing it was to be a part of that. So I actually ate my last meal a little late, but I stayed up to make sure there were at least 2 hours after to compensate for it.
Anyway I am very happy with this program and happy that I have also been able to withstand the temptations of food. I have definately looked at some things, and smeeled some things that I drooled a little and thought.. oh I can't wait to have a taste of that again. But overall I have no desire. I am on a mission to Get it off!! When You know one bite can ruin you, it motivates me to say "No thank you" :)

You don't need to stay up after you eat your evening meal. Because the meal is not made up of easily broken down carbs and consists of mostly "building block" protein the body treats it in a body healing manner through the night instead of "extra storage" like other foods may end up being.
Don't feel like you need to stay up just because you were late on getting one of your meals in. I actually have done better on nights that I ate a caramel nut bar just before going to sleep.
    Just FYI.
