So today was hard again. I felt SO hungry and not satisfied quite. I added extra water to my soups to help make me fuller, but maybe the water is making everything break down sooner or something. I Just felt SUPER hungry all day.
I did have a good day though. I was able to mop my floor (which I am embarrassed to say it's been probably at least 4 months since I got on my hands and knees and actually mopped it all). I usually just spot mop. I also did some other "spring cleaning" things, sorting organizing etc so I feel good and accomplished on these kinds of days. :)

You should really get some filler snacks to help out in the inbetween times. Pickle spears, turkey breast slice, small handfull of peanuts/almonds, etc. You shouldn't have to feel hungry like that. I know that you are trying to stick close to the program but the program is meant to be variable per person so that it can work to it's best potential. Don't want you to get frustrated over hunger feelings.
