I had Hot cocoa for breakfast 7:00
then I has a lemon meringue bar(delicious)9:00
Water 24 oz
I made some jello today. I haven't had jello for like 12 years??? It was fun to make and my oldest ate a ton of it even though it was sugar free. I was surprised he liked it actually.
then another bar 11:00
water 24oz
then chicken soup 1:00
water 24 oz
then a strawberry shake 4:00
a cinnamon soy crisp snack
then chicken yummo salad 6:00
Felt pretty darn good again. Wouldn't say I got a "boost of energy", but definitely felt better.
It's getting easier, more like a habit.
Slept a little better last night too aside from the 2 sick babies that woke up at least 5 times :(

So what is the scales saying? I'm glad it is getting easier - I want to know what you are seeing results that are making you happy. You are doing so well.
