Day 9

Lean and green Salad-6:pm
with some of my turkey I cooked from the other night. mmmm
Brownie-7:30

So again today I was out running errands and had some on the go food!! (Bars)
I also noticed today, because I was out and about doing things making cookies for our friend Jon's baptism, that I did not do good on the water drinking. Which could also be another reason for my lack of energy. Any It was like I for got to eat so the spaces between when I would eat kept getting longer. Will that affect my weight loss? When, and how consistent I am with eating the same times every day??

P.S. I do not like the brownies. uggg blah. I thought that would be a yummy treat, since I made over 100 cookies and didn't even eat a crumb, but I was wrong. yuk
Anybody want to trade for some shakes?????

  1. It's better than the other way around. At least you are "comfortable" while your time got longer between meals. I wouldn't forsee too many troubles with the weight loss. But we wouldn't recommend that you get in the habbit of going too long between. Your body wants to have a level blood sugar level at all times.
